Harassment, bullying, discrimination, stalking, intimidation, threats, abusive language, hate speech, or any behavior intended to make another member uncomfortable will not be tolerated. 5. Proper Use of the Platform. Soulmate Horizon may only be used for lawful networking, dating, companionship, friendship, and relationship-building purposes. Members may not use the platform to distribute spam, conduct scams, request money under false pretenses, advertise unauthorized products or services, spread malicious software, or participate in unlawful activities. Any misuse of the platform may result in immediate account termination.

6. User Content & Ownership. You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photographs, biographies, profile information, messages, and other materials. By submitting content to Soulmate Horizon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating, improving, and maintaining the platform. You confirm that you own or have permission to share all uploaded content.

7. Premium Features & Subscriptions. Certain services may require a paid membership or subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available features are presented before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan. Subscriptions may be cancelled through your account settings before the next billing cycle to avoid future recurring charges. Unless required by applicable law, previously charged subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

8. Personal Responsibility. While Soulmate Horizon provides communication and matching tools, members remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions. We encourage users to exercise sound judgment, protect sensitive personal information, and avoid sharing passwords, financial details, government identification numbers, or confidential information with people they have recently met through the platform.

9. Offline Meetings. Soulmate Horizon connects individuals online, but any meetings outside the platform occur entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend meeting in public locations, informing trusted friends or family members about your plans, and exercising caution during every in-person meeting. Soulmate Horizon cannot guarantee the behavior, intentions, or honesty of individual members during offline interactions.

As part of these improvements, services or features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice. 11. Reporting & Moderation. Members are encouraged to report fake profiles, inappropriate content, harassment, scams, or any behavior that violates these Terms & Conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmate Horizon shall not be responsible for disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or incidents arising from interactions between members, whether such interactions occur online or offline. Users acknowledge that participation in any online community involves inherent risks.

15. Suspension & Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, compromise platform security, engage in fraudulent behavior, or create unsafe experiences for other members.
